Hi I also live on the Gold Coast and have small children I just joined the Meet Up Gold Coast Groups they have a women in business one I only joined yesterday so I haven't been to any of their events but it sounds good their is also connecting mumpreneurs it only started a couple of months ago also looks promising

the business groups I was talking about are for women only but if you type in Meet Ups Gold Coast on Google there is a whole range of different groups you can join from coffee, hiking, surfing, business you can't go wrong there.

Peter I would be interested in setting up a Meetup for businesses on the Gold Coast. It mignt be work touching bases re this.

I and a Assistant Guide on the Gold Coast Hiking Club (over 350 members) so I do understand what is involved to get a group going.
