Sorry to have missed this opportunity...I should log in more often but it would have been nice if some one had notified maybe via email about the up and coming event. Anyways next time.....saying that when? lol

The notification function of Flying Solo Forums obviously doesn't work in this Group area as I never received a reply to my question about the time.
The Norman Hotel also has been a flaming success, recently.

Ric

Hi Ric,
Just wanted to follow up on this notifications question you raise below - as far as we're aware it should be working on specific threads.

As long as you choose 'Email notification' under 'Thread subscription' drop down when you reply.

Is that what you were referring to? Are others having issues with not getting notifications?

I'll send you a PM too, as if they're not working then you won't get this one either

Cheers
Peter

Hi All,

Rather than something so formal it requires emails, why dont we simply say the first Monday of every month (before we get stuck into month-end reconciliations!) at a particular time and place?

Need somewhere central, with food and coffee, plenty of free parking and not too noisy.

Park rd Milton somwhere??
Paddington?
Wilston?
Caxton St?

Thoughts??

R

Good idea, but consider parking.
Although I enjoy Park Rd, parking is a nightmare.

Absolutely.

Perhaps Hamilton might be an option?
