I've created an open agenda Google document that anyone can edit. Feel free to add your own items to this list.

Kawana Waters Hotel is nicely central between Caloundra and The more northern areas of the Sunshine Coast. We also had a few members who couldn't do mornings. The menu is quite reasonable and there are plenty of snack items for those who don't want to go for a full meal.

Please check in on this thread to let me know numbers as we may need more than one table.

I just spoke to Kelsey on the phone - His wife went into labor at around 4pm yesterday, and at hour 22, is still going.

In light of that, unfortunately Kelsey won't be able to make tonights meet up.

I have confirmed the reservation with Hayley at the hotel - If you get lost on the tonight, ask for "Hayley" and she will direct you to the table.
