Mail Order Business

Hello,

I'm after some advice or tips from any successful mail order business.
Mainly Do's and Don'ts. I know everything is online these days through email marketing. However, my clients are old school and have requested brochures with price lists. Any advice would be helpful. Cheers

My only thought is to see if your suppliers can blind drop ship to your customers. Avoid stock holdings at all costs.

You can still operate in the 'manual' way, but having a garage/warehouse full of stock spells trouble unless you know sales volumes etc.
