Flyer printing cost?

Hi,

I know there are a few printing company owners on the forum and just wanted to check whether they can do better than the printer I have found which is quoting for 1000 flyers, A5 size, 150gsm, full colour gloss, single side, 4 cents each.

Please msg me if you can do better, as I like to support Flying Solo members where I can. Thanks!

Really! $40 for 1000 flyers! That company must be losing money on the job, I would be very very surprised if anyone attempted to compete with that.

actually I will be needing some flyers printed as well and if that is the price you are getting would love to know the business!

I agree with everyone here. $40 seems way to good to be true! I would be a little wary of the quality of these flyers. Remember, these flyers will be a representation of your business and you always want to appear professional.

I used Foster Printing and got 2,500 DL flyers for $264.50, I though that was cheap.

Maybe spend the savings on great design

At $40 they're obviously SOOOO desperate for your business - which tells me you'll be disappointed with the results.

Ask anyone who ordered "free" business cards from a certain "printer" in San Francisco / Netherlands (where are they really, anyway?) compared to those who ordered through a designer who was prepared to offer personalised service and real full colour printing on good quality card stock.
