I notice you've got a PHP error showing up as your PHP code on your site is using the old ereg() function somewhere. You should be able to replace this with preg_match() to resolve the issue.

Let me know if you would like me to assist you as I have several years experience with PHP.

The error only shows up in ie, not in firefox.

I will work on that now, problem is trying to find out which php file it is in.

My initial thought was about the name and thinking that you'd simply not be able to afford the legal battle that they could bring to your door, but then I'm no lawyer. I think you need legal advice on the name and if it is legal, and if any claims against your name could be easily dismissed, and thereby an expensive law suit avoided, then I think your name might actually be pretty good. I had questioned about the REAL group too as I thought I'd heard of a company called that, which is a good name in my opinion, but maybe not. If your business name is REAL then why can't you have a website called REAL car sales. Maybe change to REALautosales to be on the safe side. Quick, run to the web domain registration sites.

Other than that I think you could easily be critical of the site if you wanted to be, but then you're probably on a tight budget and can't afford a huge design effort. I think the R in your logo is quite nice but a little twee and cartoon like - immature perhaps, not professional enough, and not the right resolution at a guess. The fonts are too small, too basic, too boring. I couldn't possibly force myself to read the text. I need big, bold, sexy and exciting fonts to do that.

I started off this post thinking that your site isn't as bad as some other commentors had suggested but I've changed my mind now and think that you should find the few thousand dollars you'd need to get this done by professional logo and web designers / developers. Oh, and a lawyer.

Another useful tool we've used in the past as well as some of our clients, is fivesecondtest.com - you can post your design and get people to critique your site in about 'five seconds'.

Really great tool for any business (and they're an Aussie co!)

Thankyou to everyone, your feedback had been valued. I will reconsider my website name and the design. I will also be offering free listings until site traffic builds, and the option for advertisers to advertise free for a period of time.

I will post my website again for a second critique once my changes have been finalised.
