Back to the OP - If you can put together a good quality video it will absolutely help with conversions, sales, and overall customer engagement... The statistics on how positively people react to online video are unbelievable!

The key is to make sure that it looks very professional, and is entertaining...

even if you are not in the business, you will learn some powerful marketing techniques and how to get the attention of your audience.

This video is obviously for Joe's prospective customers but it also demonstrates how they differentiate themselves from the competition which took them from $120k to over $300k per year. IT's a few years old but i still haven't come across anything like it.
