Social media should be fun not a choir. Skipping a day is not going to kill your business.
Do it the next day when you are feeling fresh.

You don't need to post everyday if you don't want to, but it is important to check to see if you have any posts to respond to.
Start having some fun with it and it will come a part of your marketing you enjoy!
