Hey guys

Ric, I agree with this quote.

When we sat down to set our pricing structure we kept a couple of things in mind:
1) What we would view as a "fair" price if we were the client; and
2) How much value we could pack into our service for that price.

As a result we are not the cheapest or the most expensive website business around, but we are gaining a reputation for delivering quality work, building long-term relationships with clients, and watching the business grow primarily through referrals.

Heidi

This is why this forum has got a good reputation.

Honest well written userfriendly information.

Percieved VALUE.

This is the difference between good service and exceptional service, regardless of price, it is also the reason those that GIVE, not offer this exceptional service grow and develop though the recommendations of very happy customers.

Steve Toburen an american friend of mine calls these customers 'CHEERLEADERS'. The more Cheerleaders you have the bigger your business becomes.

Price can actually be the barrier between success and failure. Charge what your customers are prepared to pay. If they percieve you are giving VALUE for money by giving this exceptional service you will have them for ever, and the idea is to have these customers coming back time and time again.

This is my opinion.
