Guys,
Before any of you spend any money or contract commission only salespeople in the important thing to ask is do you have a script or system that works NOW?
Whether you go and spend the money on paid salespeople or engage commission salespeople you are still in the same place.
If you have no documented objection handling systems, no idea whether your current script is effective, and you are really at the mercy of however much time and money the crew you end up with ends up taking to get momentum.
Or don't get momentum at all...
On your dollar...
Or at least your time...
And even if they DO get results on commission only after figuring out what works and what doesn't. you are STILL in the dark about HOW to sell your products / services.
If that is where you all want to stay, I can't help.
There are absolutely are people who will take your money and time that you can outsource to now for whatever cost and whatever the degree of success.
The data and skills you need to build to be in control of your business cashflow generation remain un - built.
Imagine, learning what WORKS. And forever knowing HOW to generate more predictable cashflow in your business.
What would that mean to you?
