Idea for fancy nail polish product

This idea would not be cheap but the right person may want to run with this:

You know those cars that go by and change about 5 to 6 different colours as they pass? Well it turns out that the guy who owns the patent (US) can sell you just the particles without the paint. Someone with the funds can purchase these particles and suspend them in good old clear nail polish which can then be painted on your claws!!!

I think ladies would pay a king's ransom to own nails that do that...
