New business opportunity - making large money

I have a sales training business and wont to expand the business through licensing our sales training materials so we can have coverage across APAC.

I currently engage contractors for the training but believe that with people who are more entrepreneurial the company will grow significantly.

We obtain a good run of leads but lack the capability to deliver on needs, this is in part due to me not releasing the reigns of control and that training contractors want to train and not sell themselves so we have a double miss on future opportunity. We make 6 figure incomes in the first step but now I would like to make more and I believe it is bandwidth that is limiting us (just myself and one other - was two others but the 3rd person has moved overseas for family reasons).

I would appreciate advice on licensing your business- pitfalls and dangers etc.
