I have been given a business and am in need of some operating expenses while my cashflow gets oing. Has anyone any ideas as I dont have any property assets

I have no idea, but you might need to show the bank a good business plan, with past experiences (could be work histories..past ventures..etc) relating to the current business you're planning to operate. They also need your financial informations, how much you're earning etc.

Depends on how much of an OD you are using and how quickly you can get some turnover..you may be able to use your personal credit card in the time being...
