Congrats on planning your initiative. Everyone has provided some good advice on how to start it up. The one comment I would add is - before investing too much money, ensure that your business is viable.

There may be a gap in the market, but is there a market in the gap?

If I was after videos from experts, I would google their name and most likely go to YouTube. It has to be something special for me to pay for - and given the quality that is actually available online for free, I'm not sure that I would pay.

I guess identifying who your target market is and what your content will be will help you answer this question. Also - is someone else currently doing this already?
