Default Australia Post E-Parcel Rates?

I know it depends on how many packages you are sending a money, but is there a rough pricing list on what postage costs are if you sign up for eParcel? I'm trying to work out if eParcel rates are cheaper than Pre-Paid satchels which I am currently using. Please don't direct me to Australia Post's phone number because they don't give prices over the phone either, which is why I'm asking here to see if it's worth considering.

I walked into my local Australia Post Business Centre and they were more than helpful. Showed me a wide range of options and had suggestions I hadn't thought of. I then filled out a request form and one of their business managers contacted me by phone within two days and had a lengthy discussion with me regarding my options.

Just pick a quiet time - they're always too stressed during peak times lol

Just be aware of recent rises in A.Post rates. Just this year their satchel rates have gone up (tracking is the excuse...)
Their satchels are now a lot dearer than most courier companies.
Eparcel may be cheaper based on volume and you could be lucky enough where you are in a metro area where they do pickups.

AFAIK, they don't have a "rough guide".

Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the price - a sales consultant will be able to advise.

I went through the process late last year and the resulting prices and conditions were very complex.

For me ... the first parcel to each state/zone was a slight saving compared to over the counter charges but then got cheaper with multiple parcels to the same state/zone.

As a side note, AusPost increased freight charges today including contract prices which lots of people who have contracts are unhappy with.

So, you just have to go through the whole process to find out what the price will be.

Good luck
