Commercial Kitchen for Hire?.....coming soon

Hi Everyone

i am starting a new business, Opening a commercial grade kitchen that could be rented/hired on an hourly basis.

With all the rules and regulation in Queensland (Brisbane), this kitchen is targetted for small business who targets sales in markets, fairs, Fetes etc.

i am just writing my business proposal now and hope to do some market research now of interents.

It is a good idea. I believe there is demand for this
You would need to charge a reasonably high bond to cover possible damage, but more for cleaning services as some will not do a good enough job.
