May be business Idea

Hi Guys,
I would like to know your opinion about following Idea.
I was assisting my friend in creating his book keeping kind of doing teaching him little bit accounts . I found for some people its to hard to get into debit/credit BS PL they just dont want to get-into this

So I thought teaching him in a different manner I told we will do just grouping and members -
create 4 groups and you have to identify members of each group and it goes on,,,

I created small software for this purpose for end user it shows only groups and members on back-end it create balance sheet report and P & L

I was thinking to put this software on net / webbase do you think it will work ?

I'm really sorry but I struggle to understand exactly what you mean and perhaps it's because your written English doesn't fully explain it.

It might also help if you sign off so we know your name and how to address you.

Perhaps someone here who does bookkeeping might understand. I do feel that if you are going to make this available to English speaking audiences you will need assistance in promoting it.

I really apologize for my above phrase . Well its always hard for me to explain things however I will try to explain it once again and hope fully I will clear out .

My concept and software is alternative of book keeping I m not replacing accounting or book keeping what i mean is making it simpler to understand for any person.

How it will be possible ?

I will not go into software logic ,I will try to explain from user point of view.As user open the software he see 4 groups Assets , Liabilities Income and expenses
There are 4 family heads and if user things he know any family member of mention families heads then user should associate it with head.

for example user think car is member of asset he should add it there.
like these even he can create small small groups in group it self

Once user have completely identify his members and groups
then he just put start entering data with associates members.

I cannot write whole process of things because its lengthy to explain

but I hope I have clear some concept ?

Yes, that explains it better but once you do start marketing it, and setting up a website for it, you will need to engage someone to write it correctly for you in English as it will help you a great deal.

I understand what you are saying as a lot of businesses get stuck with where to post what expense.

But, what happens after they are grouped?

Not quite sure I understand by groups you mean in expenses; Operational, Administative, Motor Vehicle and Other.
Or am i ,making it tooo easy?
