Re: Chossing a name?
Hello Simmo
I agree it should be based on a domain name; however the domain name should be based on a key word search. The ratio of monthly search of a key word/s to how many pages are on the net for that key word/s is 1000 search’s per 10,000 pages.
So in the case of “Event Management” (the search should be in inverted comas) there are 60500 search’s within Australia each month and there are 243,000 pages in Oz for those key words, sits within the ratio but a lot of competition.
Try “Events Management” 9,900 search’s for 35,300 pages the ratio is better and less pages to compete with. Now try this search “Event Companies” 5400 search’s per month with only 2920 pages as competition.
So a name based on the above could look something like this www.eventcompaniesbysimmo.com.au or a version similar as long it has event companies in it.
Cheers
Steven
