No one wants to go into partnership with one side aiming to give as little as they possibly can...especially not highly intelligent, hard working, passionate people...
You may not agree that it is a partnership...it's not in the legal sense of the word, but it is in spirit...If you don't agree and would like to be convinced let me know
On the offshore thing, well, that relies on having quality control people who know what they are doing residing in Australia first...again...that boils down to trust issues...imo, people obliging budget oriented people do not have quality results in mind.....
