Default All in one small business software

Hi all

DOes anyone have a recommendation for software that can help me run my business.
I need something that can keep on top of todo's as well as expenses, follow leads, CRM etc.

I use freshbooks, I love the dashboard interface and the way it works.
I wonder if there is anything out there that could be an all in one of a similar design?

Thanks

Zoho?
www.zoho.com

I use it for invoicing but it has a lot of other functionality, too.

Have a look at Podio. It will do everything except the accounting side of things.

This is twice tonite but I am a CPA and I have been involved in accounting software for years. My 2 suggestions are Attache or XERO. Both Australian products for Australian conditions.
I can discuss both with you any time 0418359149, or gsvaghi@etrack.net.au

Hi,
I am not sure about Attache but Xero wont do what you are asking and i dont think any one program will do it, which is why Darren above, a Xero poweruser, suggested Podio ( i would guess). So I think you should be looking for 2 programs that work together as they would do the complete job much better. You are looking for something that will do the management and feed easily into the accounting program without having to manually enter it again.

Have a look at Xero's website then look at the partners page as a starting point. Xero/WorkflowMax comes to mind. With an API in place, they feed into each other. Saasu/Acclipse? MYOB/Ostendo,Jobsplus. Villagemall maybe. Podio looks interesting at first look. Mostly the solutions are cloud based. Though the problem has been around for ever, previous solutions were expensive and not really suited to small business.

I guess it depends on what side of the functionality you're leaning. Personally I keep my books separate from everything else.

I've dealt with SugarCRM in the past which is a good open source all-in-one customer relationship manager, but it takes a lot of initial configuration.

Hi,

Try the enterprise version of AccoutsIQ.....www.accountsiq.com .

There is an Australian version too.

The software was written by microsoft and referred by Deloitte.

The enterprise version costs about $45 per month.

Hi Daz

We recently launched a product that aims to do exactly what you want, it's called Blink.

www.ThinkBlink.com.au

We don't do "everything" yet but if you jump onto our website you will see we have a pretty wide range of functionality right now and if you go to our news section you can see we are releasing new features every 1-2 weeks.

Within the next 5-6 months we plan on being able to offer small businesses a one-stop solution for CRM, projects, tasks, notes, calendars, employee management, basic accounting functions (invoices/quotes/stock/expenses/purchases), hosted (and integrated) email, documents creation and storage plus more.

Please have a look!
