Has anyone used Amazon Booksurge or similar to print and send published material?

I am wanting to sell a manual through my website and need a print on demand service.

Any suggestions??

Hey Richard,
do you want to publish or only print your book? Sounds like you're selling on your website, so if it is print only there are a few printers in Australia that can produce books in low quantities for you, and send them to your customers, if you so require.
We are one of them, SOS Print + Media in Sydney, there is CPX in Brisbane and there are others, search for Print on Demand, but do check the quality of their output.
