Ok, so I've just started my blog (www.emroy.com.au/blog)

I've just got a few questions...

RSS Feeds.
I've never used these before, so I'm not sure how they work. How do I set up my blog so people can subscribe using RSS?

Retweet and digg this buttons
I've noticed on some other blogs that there is a "retweet" and "digg this" buttons. How do I add these?

I use Blogger so I'm not sure how your blog works, but I did find this....

I used it once and it was quite good, but Blogger has it's own.

I'm not sure if you have already worked this out, but it appears your blog already has RSS set up here... http://screencast.com/t/M2ZkNGJhO

When someone clicks on the rss feed, then they are prompted as to how they want to set up access to it (eg. I use Google Reader, but there are many other options).
