Does anyone use SKYPE directly from Microsoft Outlook - what add on are you using?

I had a quick look at SKYLOOK - the reviews are average.

Do you have any other suggetsions?

Hey - I eventually found a skype for outlook plugin - don't know why it took so long to find - it works great - can call straight from my outlook folder now.
