My email marketing service gives me a little problem to create surveys. Are there any providers who can give me easy installation and also technical support for later problems?Thinking of switching to something better.

I use Mailchimp for sending out newsletters and such. I'm very happy with it, and it's free for low volume users like me.

I think they just released the ability to integrate with Survey Monkey, so it might do what you need.

Hi I am checking out mail chimp right now.. but I need providers who will help me from the scratch in designing templates and installation and also tech support, as u can make out i am a total newbie.The volume I need to work for is around 1000 or more per day.. not spamming of course. I tried google but can't depend on google itself... I need someone with hands on experience to help me with this.. I think i'll check it out and I suppose they should be more enthusiastic about their work as they seem new..
