Small Business Mastermind Group - Moonee Valley Area

I am looking to establish a Small Business Mastermind Group that will meet fortnightly in the Moonee Valley area. Masterminding helps you get ideas, solutions and contacts you would not have come up with if you were working alone.

Below is a summary of the proposed format for the group.

Aims:
1. To set and achieve specific goals.
2. To assist each other in achievement of these goals.
3. To share knowledge.
4. To be accountable to the members of the group.
5. Build long term relationships with the members of the group.

Requirement:
1. Commitment to attending each fortnight.
2. Commitment to supporting the members of the group.

Meetings:
Frequency Fortnightly
Cost Free
Day Monday
Time 6.00pm - 7.30pm (1 ½ hours)
Venue TBA
Members 6 - 8
Business Type Small business
Format: Each member will have 15 minutes to confirm their goals, present their challenges and then allow the group to mastermind creative solutions.

Between meetings:

Communication via Google Groups (Private Setting and members will need to log in)

Google Groups facilitates :-

Allows open discussions
Files can be uploaded
Each member can provide their profile
