My first quote!!

My heart is in my mouth, and I am shaking. Out of the blue, I've received an email asking for a quote.
It's my very first quote request, and the beginning of my business.
It's asking for quoting in the area of my business that I least expected to be required.....
In case you are wondering, I'm an administrative, operational and management outsourcing business - which basically means we take care of everything that your office or IT people would take care of - accounts, bookkeeping, secretarial, HR, payroll, marketing, website design, you name it.
I've built my business like this so it can be responsive to the needs of small to medium businesses in my area.
I AM COMPLETELY EXCITED!! This is the beginning of a wonderful thing!!

I remember this feeling too! Isn't it fantastic?

I remember when I got my first one I got so excited I couldn't concentrate, so I had to go and have a coffee away from the computer to calm down!

Although I must say, I've been doing many many more quotes since that first one and I still love it when one comes through =)
