Default Brand Management

Hey All,

Do any of you use twitter/facebook to keep customers posted? If so, what do you post, how often do you post and what is the content of the message? Thanks!

Hi Sam
This is a hot topic at the moment, and you'll find a great discussion on it going on over here: TWITTER. I was wrong. Damn it.

Perhaps you have some experiences of your own to share with us?

Best,
Jayne

Hi,

We use Twitter to keep our customers updated with our service status, company announcements and current promotions.

no particular experience in it, just wondering if customers would appreciate it or would it do more harm than good.

I use Twitter to send links to interesting resources and to give clients a bit of a 'behind the scenes' view of the business. I also note when I've updated the blog or re-tweet other things of interest.

I think the key is to have a bit of a theme to what you're posting - and my preference is to go with quality not quantity.

How do you develop your followers? Do you ask your clients for it or purchase it?
