Outsourcing.............when I was in business oursoucing was not a word you came across. Today it is 'HOT".

Personally, if your not outsorcing part of your business you not serious obout building your business, you still want to work IN your business and not ON your business.

Outsourcing is an inexspensive way of building your business. If you wanted an assistant you had to employ one $ XXXX.00 per month regardless of how much work they did. A drain on your cash flow.
Today a virtual assistant does the same amount of work for a fraction of the cost, giving you more cash flow.

For financials you used to have to employ a bookkeeping clerk full time / part time if you were lucky.
Today a virtual bookkeeper, like Dardee, will do everything you need for a fraction of the cost, giving you more cash flow.

Whether you use Aussie or Overseas people to do this work is your choice, but we have so many talented people here on this forum why would you look anywhere else.

If you want to build your business just think outside the square, and you may find it isnt that hard to do.

I am an advocate of outsourcing work. If a task can be completed at a higher quality for less, there's really nothing else to argue about. I even wrote a glowing article recommending the benefits of outsourcing.

Yes, you get varying quality levels, however once you secure the right provider, it's much easier to get a system going. Also, as there's a reduced level of communication you always need to make sure the complete job is carried out. For IT jobs, this means having an understanding of how the changes should be implemented (so many providers claim to be SEO experts, but don't have a clue).

Sure, it's not for everyone. But if you're diligent it's great. I also agree with comments indicating that it's the future.

Regarding buying Australian, a market research guru recently told me that people like to say they would buy Australian, but in reality it's not a deal breaker.

Cheers,
David

May I ask a couple more questions? Or was that one of them….
Just out of curiosity, why not a little survey
and I’ve always wanted to say “and the survey says……”
I guess it would be quite safe to say that almost everyone here “outsources” at some level or enough to provide some feedback

Why not a little survey!

1.Remember the first time you outsourced, what was the no.1 drive?

a. Save money
b. Save Time
c. Cut costs
d. Increase profit/revenue/cash flow
e. Enter the competitive market
f. To stop doing the things you didn’t want to do (like mundane repetitive works)
g. To stop doing the things you didn’t have the skills, knowledge or tools to work with
h. Other. Please explain (1 sentence)

2. Today when you outsource, is the no.1 drive

a. The same
b. different

3. In your current position, right now, what would be the No.1 drive that would make you consider using other methods regarding outsourcing

4. Do you consider yourself

a. “open minded” / “one who thinks outside of the box” / “creative” or similar
b. One who finds something that works and sticks with it
c. Thinking everybody else is doing it so it must work for me

As mentioned just a curiosity survey….
But all in all I’ll be interested with any response.
Cheers,
Oh yeah have some fun with those… even if you don’t tell all!

We are looking at being able to pick up a good person for around $300 per months for full time.

1. Your thoughts on out sourcing to overseas?

2. Are you interested in joining in with a full-time person that can take care of all your SEO, content creation and website management stuff?

chat soon

Agree, I would be very hesitant about outsourcing my SEO unless I understood exactly what they did and how I could measure its effectiveness. If you're a newbie who doesn't understand SEO chances are you're going to be taken for a ride.
