Default ZoHo Help

Hi all,

The business I work for is in need of some ZoHo implementation help.

We are pretty sure Zoho will be right for us... but I can't quite get my head around it.

Is there a smart solo-ist in the Brisbane area (we are in Lawnton) who could come to our office and hold our hand.

My boss is willing to pay (especially because ZoHo is free )

I have just started using it also - a bit repetitive, what with leads, potentials, contacts, accounts.

We just use the accounts section for simple tracking of calls, and have turned off some of the extra fields.

Hey there,

I've just seen your albeit old posts on Zoho....Did you find someone??

I'm about to implement it for a client and I'd love to hear how you went with it.

Give me a call on Monday. We implemented one about a month ago with a small sales team. Can give you some pointers. It's pretty straightforward.

Just wondering how you got on with installing, customising and using your new ZOHO CRM. As accredited ZOHO Partners we are always here to help new ZOHO users anywhere in Australia.

I have only just finished implementing the ZOHO for my client and I really do like it. It's fully automated their office, so much more than just a CRM program really, with the way we've used it. I did have some trouble with one thing though and did have trouble finding someone to help me. If you'd like to email me all your contact details will be good to have them on file in case I need help in future. I've many years implementing Acess Databases for clients so this is fairly new to me. Whilst I have a good 'Database Brain' for practical solutions, for the trickier high end stuff will certainly need assistance from time to time.
