Any interested in sharing an office/warehouse space in Melbourne?

I run an online fashion store, and i think it's time for me to move out of home, as i'm just not getting much work done...not a productive workspace, and i need some extra room for storage.
Any interested in sharing an office/warehouse space with me? preferably inner west or inner melbourne?
I've checked online, only 'creative' space or virtual office is available, what i need is a relatively decent small office area, plus a warehouse space for storage of stock...do let me know ur thoughts...

Hi, if you are still interested in the share of warehouse space in west melbourne surrounds, i have recently started my business. I require space to park my truck and some additional space to store tooling when i'm not using it.
I live in Spotswood, so somewhere relatively close to the city would be preferred.

have you considerered something like "The Office" - serviced offices in williamstown. They have office space that is, roughtly, the size as my bedroom.
You can also rent storage space..

there's also 3-5 room places a bit higher up on kororoit creek rd, you can rent. (Not fully serviced, but still)
