As a franchisee, the code details: The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Franchising Code of Conduct. It provides small business consumer information for people buying, extending or renewing a franchise. In March 2008, there were a number of amendments to the Franchising Code of Conduct that will affect your obligations.
