Apprentice Kickstart Extension closing soon
Tuesday 19 October 2010The Australian Apprentice Kickstart Extension is available to small to medium sized businesses that employ a new young apprentice in a skills shortage trade before 12 November 2010.
The extension triples the first year incentive payment available to those who employ an apprentice.
Your business may be eligible for the extension if it employs an apprentice and:
- is a small to medium enterprise (less than 200 employees)
- the apprentice is aged 19 years or younger
- the apprentice is employed in a skills shortage trade.
