Improving staff skills
Friday 10 September 2010Skills for Growth: the Workforce Development Program is a Victorian Government initiative aimed at improving the skills of staff in small to medium-sized businesses.
The program allows eligible businesses to:
- connect with experts
- get advice on training and education opportunities
- find help in deciding which skills are most beneficial for meeting business objectives.
The targeted advice aims to improve productivity, growth, and provide training solutions that best meet the needs of the business.
