Intellectual Property Explorer has a range of useful resources to assist businesses in identifying and protecting their IP, including:

plain English definitions of IP concepts
a step by step guide to reviewing IP assets
practical advice on avoiding commercial risks, such as legal proceedings with employees or third parties.
