The South Australian Office of Consumer and Business Affairs (OCBA) has produced a DVD to assist tenants and landlords to resolve rental disputes.

Resolving rental disputes: a guide for tenants and landlords contains six chapters covering:

tenants seeking advice
landlords seeking advice
applying to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal
preparing for a hearing
arriving at the Tribunal.
