Soloists are very busy people and lots of us need to take better care of our number one priority, by exercising and eating more healthily, for example. But where do you have the time and energy to do that?

17 Dec 11 | Joanne Prior

When you don’t prioritise self care, it’s hard to motivate yourself to squeeze in the exercise and eating healthier. We need to recognise its intrinsic value!

Did you know that most successful solo-entrepreneurs state that a 'Healthy mind, healthy body leads to a healthy bank balance’?

They see looking after themselves as a way to make money. Whereby for others, taking care of themselves is time 'taken away' from their business, life and all the other things they have to do.

First step, set aside three times a week for your workout. You book it into your diary for it is your 'Money Making' or ‘Success making’ time, whatever works for you. This time is gold. For it is time for you to open your mind to bigger and better opportunities for money and success.

Second step, commit to these scheduled times no matter what. There is no negotiation. It's just 'how it is'.

Third step, begin each workout with the intent that this is going to ‘make you millions', using the finance-oriented goal as an example. When your workout is complete, take a moment to affirm, “I just made millions. Perfect. Thank you”. You’re then ready to get on with your day being open and aware to where the day will take you.

Time spent working out shifts then from feeling like ‘time away’ to ‘time well spent’. Not only will you be opening your life to a ‘richer’ reality, you will also start to look and feeling amazing!

Now taking care of your number one priority is your key strategy for success! Perfect, thank you!

“ Taking care of yourself is your key strategy for success! ”
