Dr Diann Rodgers-Healey (PhD  MEd  BA  DipEd  GCertBusCoach) is the Executive Director of the Australian Centre for Leadership for Women (ACLW) a virtual Centre at www.leadershipforwomen.com.au. Through the Centre she has established national leadership awards for women and organisations, contributed to policy, researched and published on leadership and gender in politics and business as well as on coaching principles.

Diann is also a coach, mentor and strategic facilitator for individuals and organisations. She has held positions of leadership and management in Sydney and London in diverse sectors including education, business and the not-for-profit sector.

Diann is Adjunct Professor of The Cairns Institute, James Cook University and an Honorary Fellow of the Australian Institute of Business Well-Being (AIBWB) at the University of Wollongong (UOW) and has lectured in leadership and management.
