Andrew May
Andrew is considered Australia's leading expert on performance and productivity. He speaks at conferences across the globe, mentors CEO's and senior managers and consults to a number of Australia's leading companies. He writes for a number of magazines, presents a regular health and lifestyle segment on 2UE and is the resident Performance Coach for Channel Nine's TODAY show.
He is the author of the best selling book, Flip the Switch, and the soon to be released f-words!
Andrew is the former Physical Performance Manager for the Australian Cricket Team and has also worked with the NSW Cricket Team, AFL Teams and Olympic Athletes in track and field, swimming, basketball, netball, hockey and tennis. Apart from his background as a jock, Andrew is also a leading entrepreneur, having built and sold three health and wellbeing companies. He co-founded Good Health Solutions, Australia's largest corporate health and productivity organisation.
With his background as an elite athlete, high performance coach and business builder, Andrew understands how to sustain performance. He advocates the need to play hard, and recover even harder!
