Jack Fraenkel
Jack Fraenkel is the principal of Motivatories, an internationally acclaimed business improver/developer and people motivator who heads a business improvement consultancy based in both Sydney and in Edinburgh, Scotland.
He is probably best known for developing customer retention strategies that work all year round. Jack is also a riveting public speaker and a Master Networker. His soloist consultancy is centred on business growth and people development, primarily using WoMM; "Word of Mouth Marketing". Jack firmly believes that a word of mouth or "referral" based approach to sales is very powerful, but does not come naturally for most. In fact, in the business world we are not taught to think this way at all.
