No, insist on a handful. Then I’m happy.

What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?

Get a good business coach. They see things that you don’t. they are also good at progressing you forward when you get too cosy in your comfort zone.

What website do you visit every day?

There is no one website that I visit every day. Once a week I check out www.randomwebsite.com to check out sites I’ve never heard of. It helps to stir up new ides.

If you could improve one thing about your work, what would it be?

Fat -free Tim Tams with coffee each day would be sensational!

What actor/actress would play the lead in the story of your life?

Bette Midler - she's unrelentlessly persistent. She makes mistakes, gets up and just keeps going. this woman believes in her ability to live life to the full. She's gutsy and really out there!

You've got a free half hour during your work day. What do you do?

Get on one of my three telephones and talk to someone - I just love connecting with other human beings. it reminds me that I'm not alone.

What's your proudest moment

My proudest moment in business was seeing my makeover go to air on Today Tonight recently. Awesome!
