Why compete 'head-on' with your competitors when, by creating your own story, you can catapult
your brand or business streets ahead of the competition?
G'day and welcome to my world...A place dedicated to providing killer ideas and solutions guaranteed to build your
business.
I come to you and facilitate a 100% tailored workshop - I call them Perfect Storms™ - focussed on unleashing the
hidden ideas within your business.
I believe strongly that there is an extraordinary amount of ideas and innovations simmering away in the heads of your
employees, customers and suppliers. Think about it…how often have you found yourself thinking about a brand you
use and saying “Gee, I wish they’d do it that way.” Or, “Imagine if they made one
that…”
My Perfect Storm workshops use the best techniques from around the world for uncovering these ideas. All you need is
the passion to grow your business, an open-mind and some willing contributors. Leave the rest to me.
Don’t let geography (I hold these workshops wherever the need takes me) or anything else get in the way of
seizing this opportunity.
Tim's memorable quote
"Bad things happen when good people stand buy and do nothing."
How often are you pleasantly surprised by great customer service? If you’re like me, then sadly not very often. But recently, I had a good customer service experience that demonstrates the best way to handle customer complaints.
I know sampling isn’t new. But lately I’ve been thinking that such an effective marketing tool, with the ability to get lots of people trying your product or service, is not used often enough.

Let's face it, promotion, advertising and marketing is not cheap. In fact, it's really expensive! And the crazy thing is, we're so often at a loss to know which parts of our marketing communications strategy are reaching our target audience.
If you're struggling with a lack of ideas or inspiration, sometimes it helps to do some creative thinking and ask, what approach might another business you admire take?

As a fairly new soloist, I am still coming to terms with the flexible working hours this existence brings. No longer am I bound to my desk from nine to five, having to find an excuse if I want to sneak out mid-afternoon to buy a book or wash my car.
Subscribe to Soapbox, our weekly jolt of soloist wisdom, for free access to all our latest articles. Plus, for a limited time: four free bonuses
