Working in the area of stress management and self improvement allows Lucinda to combine her two passions of writing and helping people.
During consultations her clients learn the 20 key steps to managing stress throughout life, while gaining tools to: manage guilt, think positively, live a purposeful life, ‘switch off’ through meditation and more.
Her 20 years experience as a writer has helped her to create rich and vivid guided relaxation (and positive thinking) audio scripts, which she records in professional studios.
The highlight of her work is witnessing the growth of self-compassion in her clients. Being kinder to themselves allows her clients to experience true happiness and balance. Where once they walked, they begin to soar, and the colour in their wings is truly breathtaking.
