Victorian Skills Stores

Thursday 18 September 2008

Are you starting a business or changing your business direction, and need to re-train? Do you want to increase the skills of your workforce and need some advice on what options are available? Then you may find it useful to contact a Victorian skills store. Skills stores are designed to make it easier for you and your staff to understand and access the vocational education and training (VET) system in Victoria.

You can organise a free appointment with a skills store consultant to get an assessment of your, or your staff's, current skills and receive tailored advice on how and where you can access further training. It is also possible to receive recognition for skills you or your staff have acquired over many years of work, called recognition of prior learning.

If you want to find out more, visit the Skills Victoria website.
