You’ve got a free half hour during your work day. What do you do?

Go sit in the garden with a nice cup of tea! (Hey I’m a Pom, that’s what Poms do).

When meeting someone, would you rather they thought you were charming or mysterious? Why?

Having spent my entire career in the Collections industry convincing people to recognise and resolve the issues of outstanding debt; being thought of as charming is definitely my preference!

What’s your number one stress relief tactic (keep it clean!)?

Online gaming (I’m a total sucker for it) and cooking (no pun intended).

What’s the one resource you’d never be without?

My iPhone – I live and breathe the damn thing!

What’s the most obscure business request you’ve ever had?

I remember a debtor once asked me if I could take a cow as payment.

What’s the most enjoyable element of your work? And the least enjoyable?

Most enjoyable: Teaching business owners that 'collecting’ unpaid invoices isn’t this big bad untameable beast.
Least enjoyable: Networking.

What’s one habit you’d like to change?

Learning to take a break!

Killer sales techniques!

I would grab the laptop and ditch the iPhone and wave goodbye to it as it burns!

Alert, friendly, pleasant.
