You’ve got a free half hour during your work day. What do you do?
I work from my home office, so when I have 30 minutes free during my working hours, I usually try to get out into the garden. I find this relaxing and it helps me take my mind off work.
What's the biggest thing you've learnt this year?
The biggest lesson I have learnt this year would be to never take things for granted. You must appreciate everything and everyone in your life at all times.
What’s your number one stress relief tactic (keep it clean!)?
Discovery channel! I could watch it all day every day!
What’s the most enjoyable element of your work? And the least enjoyable?
I love the fact I can work from home and work my own hours. Not having to drive in traffic for 15 hours per week going to and from an office is also a real bonus! The downside is I always seem to be working!

What star sign are you? Do you believe in horoscopes?
Sagittarius. No.
What is the one regret you do not want to have in this lifetime?
Not spending enough time with my four kids. Time goes too fast and they seem to be growing up right before my eyes!
What inspires you most about your work?
I am a big believer in ‘you will only get out of something what you put into it’. So the harder I work, the greater the rewards. Working for an employer, you are capped. No matter how hard you work, you are usually restricted to a salary or wages.
What do you wear to work?
Sometimes my dressing gown! But usually I throw on a pair of jeans and a T-shirt, unless I have a meeting.
What do you love most about running your own business?
The freedom. Period!
