What are the advantages of the Business Class membership over the Starter membership?
There are loads of benefits that come with our paid Business Class membership. You can check out the full comparison in the table above.
If I sign up for Business Class, will that give me a backlink and anchor text to my website?
With a Business Class membership, you’ll be able to include valuable backlinks to your website within the business description in the your directory listing. Plus, your membership includes a Member Spotlight feature profile on Flying Solo which allows for further backlinks. You can see examples here www.flyingsolo.com.au/spotlight
Can I get a directory listing with a Starter membership?
Unfortunately directory listings are only available to our Business Class members. If you would prefer to remain a free member, making comments on our social media channels and participating in Flying Solo’s forums can be valuable ways to build a profile at no cost.
I’m having problems upgrading my membership
We’re sorry to hear that! Usually this is because of a momentary issue within the payment processing system. Please try one more time and if it continues to be an issue, please get in touch with us so we can help you sort it out at [email protected]
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! Of course, we will be sad to see you go but understand that business needs change over time. To cancel or change your membership status, you need to login to your Flying Solo account. Then select Subscriptions from your Dashboard. There is an option to Cancel your membership under Status at the top of the page. Please be aware, access to the paid member area will cease immediately upon cancellation, even if you’ve ‘paid up’ to a date beyond the date you cancel.
