Hi all, I've done a few of these lifestyle/productivity challenges over the years, and next week I'm challenging myself to live an 'ideal week'! I invite you to join me. Starting next Sunday 7 September, for seven days I'm going to try and combine several goals around the priorities of health, family, friends and work into one golden week. Here are my daily goals for an ideal week: Exercise – 45-minutes intensive exercise per day Nutrition – no alcohol, no junk food and a maximum of two coffees a day Sleep – tucked in by 11pm, feet on the floor by 6am Organisation – write my to-do list and plan my work day the night before Productivity – turn off email for at least three hours per day to ‘eat that frog’ Focus – stop multitasking and work in blocks using the pomodoro technique Family/friends – shut down the computer from 6pm to socialise with friends/family, schedule three lunch/coffee dates with Fel I’m going to report back on these goals each day with a tick or a cross for each.
