A client driven by price alone often turns out to be difficult to manage. If you have a scripted answer when prospective clients ask for a discount you won’t stumble through your response. In my experience an iron clad guarantee and value adding in personal ways outperforms offering a discount. Packaging up a product with value adds so it is not a direct comparison to a competitor is a good strategy too. Cheers Sherryn
