Hi Peter,

I agree with most who posted – don’t discount. Unless you want to get stuck as a low margin supplier, and there is no future in taht.

However, your market environment is changing and you need to constantly respond to it. Right now some clients are very cost sensitive, so look at re-packaging your service offer to give them different price and value options. Done right, this also is a great way to differentiate yourself.
