One of the things that can really help with upping sales or being really successful is to find ways to ensure you qualify your propective clients as much as you can before you meet them. This will make the most use of your time and theirs. This means you need to be targeted and specific as you can about your marketing messages and how you are reaching your prospective clients at the start.

The more you can qualify them up front will increase your chances of success as you will draw people to you who are more ready to buy. Trying to “force” your message on tire kickers or those that have no interest is disheartening and a waste of time. Be there with THEIR best interests at heart, but also be clear about being there for mutual success and be authentic as others have pointed out. Don’t apologise for selling, or try to over sell.
Practice and make mistakes, but mostly have fun!
